Let's face it. Getting your facebook status as an RSS feed is pretty badass, especially when you can throw it on your website. Unfortunately, facebook does a decent job of hiding it, especially on the recently released new facebook. After searching on the internet for a few hours, though, I found the answer.

To get your RSS feed, make sure that you are logged in to facebook and then go here:

http://www.new.facebook.com/minifeed.php?filter=11

Right Click on "My Status" under "Subscribe to these stories" and choose copy link, and voila(!), you have your facebook status rss feed.

If you want to put your status into Drupal, like mine is, download the fbstatus module which will automatically put it into a block once you provide it with a url.
